Attend in person at Council Chambers, 2nd Floor, City Hall, 20399 Douglas Crescent.
For video-conference meetings, a livestream link is posted on the City website on or before the meeting day.
To speak at a Public Hearing, register in advance via the City Clerk's office.
Submit written comments to the City Clerk before the meeting for inclusion in the record.
